Booked into a four-star motel, ended up in a minus four-star motel. It's a dump

First of all we got to the hotel & it looked like it was out of a small town in Mexico, no signs closed off, very dodgy. A guy riding past on a bike we asked him is this a hotel & he said you have to go to the hotel up the street called hygate motor lodge. We got to the front desk an Indian guy was there we asked is that our hotel it looks so dodgy. His English was bad too. He couldn’t help me & a Chinese manager called Michelle who was very rude, over talked me & her English was bad, stepped out behind a wall & told us if we wanna stay there at kings court we can. But in the pictures it not what you get it’s a scam so they can charge you more money, as they own 5 hotels on the street. She said if we wanted to stay at the hygate we have to pay more money to upgrade, SCAM SCAM SCAM. When I said yes I will pay the extra money in which we originally were supposed to get back at the other hotel. The hygate motor lodge was your standard hotel. It’s what you expect for your money & the first hotel kings court was thrash. When we checked into our room finally a man just went through the same thing we did & paid the money & got ripped off. Like us he had no choice but to take a room after hours of traveling. Be very carful at the hygate very dodgy people who work there.

Kings court didn’t stay there it was thrash.
