Viaduct Apartment With a Balcony

Location to SailGP weekend.

Lacked full dress mirror (maybe attach one to the front door)

Everything was great

Alll was good

Location and it was very tidy

The people emptying glass into skip bins outside at 6 am every morning

OUTSIDE CHAIR WAS BROKEN, THE SHOU=WER SHELF WAS MISSING

The sheets were clean and the shower was hot. Good location on the Viaduct

There was no heating / air-conditioning as advertised and no modem / wifi, no working heated towel rail and no hangers in the wardrobe. I let the agent know on day 1. By Day 4 this had still not been addressed despite several emails. After more than a week and several more emails and me asking for an apology / refund , I got a very disingenuous apology but no explanation. The agent simply relied that the modem was on the table in the apartment. I sent 2 photos showing it was most definitely not on the table or anywhere else. To date no explanation of where it was. I am very unhappy with the level of service and facilities supplied when they have been advertised as being there.
