Spa pool not going. I was looking forward to a dip. Bed facing the wrong way and terrible pillows. And the room not cleaned properly.

NZPool was clean and do was spa. The room was clean and good size. The parking was directly in front of the unit. Bathroom also clean.
The staff member was not friendly on initial contact but ok when leaving.
