The roominess was very nice. The rapid rail Middlemore Station is a 15 minute walk. The kitchen was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There are also two toilets which is a nice feature. Close to the airport.

The nieghborhood was slightly sketchy though I wouldn't say dangerous. There was a small amount of mold in the bathroom and the carpet could use a cleaning. There is no place to store luggage if you have a few hours to kill before catching a ride to the airport. That said, I would stay here again.

It was central to all the places we needed to go to. Close to the airport. Easy access and great communication. Mark was very accommodating and allowed us to move our booking due to the weather conditions on our original booking date.

The location was great with the deck and front yard. I really liked the floor, and painted walls and ceiling in my unit. I really liked all the bedding as well.

There was nothing I didn't like.
