So close to viaduct and commercial bay

It was great .. although a pool/ spa area would make it 10/10

The location was wonderful and close to the pier and shopping center. It is truly a beautiful property.

We LOVED the location. The staff were so attentive, friendly, helpful and were just overall amazing! The room exceeded our expectation, everything was perfect. we especially loved how comfy the bed was, the view and the bathroom! The extra little touches like the happy anniversary plate just showed how the staff go above and beyond to make the trips special!

We loved everything. one thing maybe is the service going into the dining/ restaurant area. We waited to be seen but took more then 5-10 mins so decided to go else where. Was not a big issue though.

Breakfast was ok, lots of options. Amazing location. The staff were extremely lovely and the bed was like a cloud. Loved the black out curtains and being able to control the lights and curtains from the bed. Tv was huge and clear quality. Our view was gorgeous and was upgraded for free being a member. Probably the best shower of my life. Valet parking was a plus made it super easy, but pricey though at $70 per night.

No complaint just the bathroom is not sound proof or very private and you can see the person showering through the glass. Other than that it’s an amazing hotel.

Would like more than 1 eating option. It’s all basically 1 menu. No spa.
