Gorgeous apartment, very friendly and helpful host who recommended a great restaurant and managed to secure us a booking, everything in impeccable state and beautiful grounds.

A beautiful, scrupulously clean and well-appointed room equipped with everything we needed including full-size washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was very useful. The kitchen area had everything you could need too. We enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the pretty landscaped garden with a glass of wine in the afternoon. The location is good too, as it's just a short walk from the centre of the town so no issues with parking at the thermal baths.

At the extremely minor end of the scale, a pod or two of decaf coffee for the machine would have been nice, but really the whole experience was great.

This accomodation was 5* plus - exceptional. Can't fault it.

What’s not to say … INCREDIBLE… The Kora suite is such a beautiful 😍 place wish we could have stayed longer. If you are staying in Hanmer Springs this is the number one place to stay. Easy walk to the centre of town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and the most comfortable high spec homely accommodation to come back to. If I could score this place more I would. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and feels like home. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and the choice of materials throughout the space is inspiring. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, and the seating area is perfect for relaxing. Towels provided for the hot springs were a thoughtful touch. We stayed over New Year’s Eve, and it was absolutely perfect. Tony was very kind to prepare the room for an early check-in (even though we arrived late), which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Not a negative about the property itself, but some of the kitchen appliances, like the Smeg oven and Nespresso coffee machine, took us a little while to figure out—they look great but aren’t the most intuitive to use. Thankfully, the host provided very thorough instructions, which helped a lot!
