Located near Fish shop .. was smelly !

Rooms were great for our big group.

The bottom room 38A, the bins outside were full of rubbish from the fish shop next door. And smell was flowing into 38A

Very close to town, beds were comfy

Wasn’t very clean, mould on the window’s sills, very dusty and hair throughout the carpet

Rooms and wardrobe space adequate, space of apartment is enough for a medium sized family, second toilet was good!

Location, a far walk from main streets. We walked it, 2-3 times each day. External air conditioning unit on top of another property was really noisy, heard in every room and hard to go to sleep, near the gate entrance on street, fishy rubbish smell.

The location is very convenient.

The room was extremely noisy due to a nearby seafood cold storage unit whose refrigeration compressor ran 24/7, making it impossible to live normally. Additionally, the staff were completely unreachable. The walls of the room also need repainting.

Accommodation was very spacious and pretty clean. Good location, close to Cuba St and airport. Beds were comfortable.

The washing machine/dryer didn't work too well. Had to dry one load a few times for it to be completely dry. Other than that the accommodation was nice

Nice and central in Wellington and four bedrooms are a bonus for single persons on a business trip. Large kitchen and lounge area were great.

Smell outside from fish factory and noisy chiller all night from factory. No windows for ventilation and place smelled musty.

Location for our conference and then dinner options was superb. Great beds.

Some maintenance is required. Door handles not secure and doors squeak, section by front door is falling apart, mold in bathrooms needs attention.

The location is very convenient and the apartment is clean, although the walls could use some paint.

It isn't worth the price. The apartment was cold, there's only one heating device in the common area, but not in the bedrooms. Communication was very bad, the washing machine and some sockets didn't have any power, I sent a message asking and never got an answer. The alley for entering the apartment smells like pee or fish (cause there's a fish dealer next door). Finally, for a family of eight staying two nights, they left too little coffee and dish soap.
