AWA Hotel

Bon rapport qualité prix. Lieu proche de la Skyline. La femme au départ était très sympathique.

La chambre n’était pas propre, surtout le sol non aspiré. Personnel pas très accueillant et la femme de ménage n’a pas réalisé le service en chambre alors que la pancarte a été suspendu sur la poignet. Pour finir, j’ai trouvé un cafard sous le lit.

Proximity to skyline Rotorua, shower was decent.

Bathroom was dirty (specifically dried urine on the wall behind the toilet), bed wasn’t overly comfortable, the whole room would stir up dust if you ran the aircon messing with my allergies.

Space, clean, internet strong and in the heart of the city.

I’m really disappointed with my stay at Awa Hotel. The service has been extremely poor from the moment we arrived. The staff have been unfriendly and, at times, outright rude, which made the experience very uncomfortable. We stayed for two days and not once was our room serviced. Basic expectations like fresh towels and a tidy room were completely overlooked. To make matters worse, there were no hand towels provided at all, which is a basic necessity in any hotel. Overall, the lack of hospitality, poor service, and rude behavior from staff made this a very negative experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
