Nice and modern place, really close to the beach. It was clean and have everything you need.

At first this is not villa in a full meaning. It is semi-detached and the balcony of your neighbors are nit more than 15 cm from your balcony. Also 2 of the bedrooms are in the basement. For similar amount of money you can have wonderful villas in many islands in Greece. Except those things - we had nice few days there

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location was perfect-peaceful, beautiful and just steps from the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how close everything was and how easy communication was throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Wir haben im Haus D gewohnt und waren sehr happy über die neue und sehr gepflegte Wohnung in Bestlage. Anbei ein Bild der Aussicht von unserem Balkon, auf dem wir nachmittags mehrmals Kaffee oder Wein genossen haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super freundlich und er hat uns alle Fragen unkompliziert per Chat beantwortet. Ich würde diese Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen. Sie ist weit und breit die neueste und schickste am Strand von Kalamitsi.

We are beyond pleased with our stay at Black Pearl Villas. We booked a Superior villa for a group and loved our weekend gateway. The location is perfect, right on the beautiful sandy beach in Kalamitsi. The place is quiet and suitable for relaxation. We did visit before the season started so it might be different during peak season. The check in was seamless and the host was responsive and communicative making sure we had everything we needed. We did not ask for anything extra as we were pleased with the facilities. We especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and barbecue where we could make dinner and enjoy in the sitting area as a group. The kitchen has everything you would possibly imagine, coffee machine, all sorts of pans and utensils and the dishwasher which was a huge plus when a lot of people are present. Even if you do miss anything, a small market can be found just behind the villa. We booked this villa because of the privacy it offers, with two separate bathrooms and bedrooms on separate floors. Everyone had their corner and could enjoy their privacy which is important when you travel with a group. We would love to stay again as we had an unforgettable experience at Black Pearl Villas!

The location of the complex is great, right on the beach! Villas are new, well equipped, with modern furniture and very clean!

I liked everything, but as the owner also asked for a constructive feedback, here it is: towels can be changed at least once in a week, cleaning also would be highly appreciated. I also appreciated that our constructive feedback was considered by the owner.

New, quiet, cozy and relaxing villas. Just few steps from the water. Great balconies with view to the beach, comfortable mattresses, very good air conditioned in all place. Kitchen have everything needed for cooking. There is olso iron, washing machine, hair dryer.... everything. Really fantastic place to stay 2 or 3 families. Thank you Apostolos for your warm attitude, advice for reaturants and that we enjoyed out holyday in this place!
