I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. Also, there were no directions on how to use the two remotes for the television. We did figure it out. There were no instructions on how to use the fireplace. The only thing posted said, “Do not use wood” or something to that effect. The largest complaint is that when my husband moved the portable space heater (which was is very poor shape [everything loose] there was a syringe on the floor. We didn’t touch it, but put the heater back when we were leaving.
