From the moment you arrive, nothing matches what was promised they mislead guests with false advertising, exaggerated descriptions, and empty promises. The staff is either poorly trained or deliberately dishonest, and any attempt to get clear answers is met with evasions or rudeness. I felt deceived from start to finish. Absolutely unacceptable experience avoid this place at all costs. Zero service!!!!!!!!

AUOnly stayed for one night before heading to the Masai Mara. Was a perfect stop over. Safe, upmarket area of Nairobi. Also a great location, not too far from the airport, but also with easy road access if travelling to the Masai Mara from Nairobi. The quality of the rooms food, service, and all amenities was excellent. The hotel grounds are also large, and so many restaurant choices, that you don't even need to go out to to find dinner etc. Loved the decorations and rooftop bar and swimmingpool area restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

KEOn arrival I’ve found a home made coffee scrub in the bathroom which was beautiful. I will certainly come again.
USThe property is absolutely beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the staff were consistently attentive throughout our stay. The gym is well-equipped—having everything you’d expect and more—and while I didn’t get a chance to swim, the pool area looked lovely. For a special evening, the rooftop terrace bar is a must. A huge thank you to Trevor and the team for their hospitality, and to Brian for the exceptional service for in-room dining experience!
While the rooms are cleaned thoroughly, I did notice some inconsistencies in room service during my stay. On different days, the bed was made without a top sheet, the body wash wasn’t refilled when empty, and only one floor towel was provided instead of two. While these are minor issues, addressing them would truly elevate the stay to a seamless 5-star experience.
