Lovely facility

The property was nice and we had everything we needed. It was nice and warm and the bed very comfortable. It was a very pretty location. A&B.

Location useful if you use it as pit stop during your roadtrip in summer (I guess this because busier during winter since it sits next to a ski station) Nice views from unit 6 where we stayed It had good heater in the common areas (not in the bedroom) and Netflix

Coffee and tea pots were empty. No complimentary milk provided (like every other accommodation in NZ). We opened the bedroom window and tons of flies came into the room (suspected there was a nest). There were dead insects on the floor of the living room. There were multiple dead birds around the carpark/unit entrance with flies around them.

Great location, clean with everything you need to self cater. Communication from owner was excellent. Useful location within short travel time (1hr) to Christchurch
