Excellent emplacement (centre ville, restaurants, bus, supermarché). Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Arrivée tardive possible. Litterie confortable, rideaux qui permettent plus d'intimité prises et éclairage individuels.

Le manque de luminosité.

Good hostel, very comfortable bed & pillows! It was great to have a heater in the room too. Excellent location, it was very walkable! I also loved the heat lights in the bathroom, very nice!

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean, spacious, hot water with good pressure and nice heating lamps. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped and clean.

The lounge and kitchen were stuffy and need way better ventilation. The rooms have windows but could use better ventilation too.

The attitude of the staff really set this hostel apart from other places I’ve stayed whilst travelling in New Zealand. The kitchen was chock full of different pastas, cooking oil, herbs and spices, coffee tea and sugar. Yesterday there was even multiple packets of different bread rolls laid out on the tables with signs that said please help yourself. I’ve never seen so much generosity from a hostel that I’ve stayed in ever and I travel a lot. Even though I stayed in a 10 bed dorm, the way the bunks were positioned made it feel like there was more space. Each bed had power and a shelf and a lamp. The beds were really comfortable and even the colour of the linen made the place feel light and airy . Full marks to the staff there, especially James who was so sweet and always remembered my name when he saw me, he was never in a hurry and he always had time for a chat.

To be honest, the amount of heavy doors made it hard for me because of the condition of my wrists but that doesn’t mean that it was a bad thing. The toilets really were a little bit too far away from my room but again that’s not a dealbreaker.

- Douches bestaan uit 1 hokje waardoor spullen die je ophangt nat kunnen worden. - Er was weinig tot geen sociaal contact maar dat ligt natuurlijk aan de gasten 😉

Very handy, lots of nearby parking on streets were available and able to be used without parking fees until 9am
