Open-plan living in the heart of CBD Zodiak Stays

First, the location is perfect. It is near grosceries store, bus stop, even the train station. Second, the fascilities is complete. You can cook, do laundry very easy. They give you everithyng you need Third, the space in enough for two people

If you want quitefull space, this is not for you. Because this is CBD, there was always activity from the corner like music and other entertaiment

staffs were really nice and could quick response for any enquiries.

Location.

The key collection was a 10 minute walk from the unit. This was not mentioned in the booking details. Not good after a 6 hour over night flight from Perth Western Australia. The check out instructions were vague and somewhat non relevant to our room. 4 days after check out they charged us for a broken window which we didn’t break. It was damaged already upon arrival.

I didn't like that this was an Airbnb but didn't make that clear until you show up to the other location to collect the keys. The customer service by email was OK but it was unnerving never meeting staff/hosts and not having anyone on site

L’emplacement et c’était fonctionnel dans l’ensemble. Grâce au radiateur on n’a pas eu froid.

Les rideaux à réparer au niveau de la tringle. Rideaux mal accrochés par endroit, laissant passer le froid. Accès aux chaînes de télévision réduit.
