Great house and loved it backed onto Conical walk loved the bit out the back but some wood was snapping

shower didnt drain but someone came out and fixed very quick which was great heat pump was noisy No sky :( TV upstairs had no Netflix you could only play DVDs woke early due to the upstairs room getting light in so early

The Location was great!

Needed more Soap & Toilet Paper. Also really gutted we couldn't use the fireplace. We couldn't find an axe to cut the logs as instructed. But also didn't want to have to cut our own wood. That was the biggest let down.

Lovely house, amazing views, close to the pool.

Beds comfortable, lovely view

no instructions for wifi, - we had to discover network and password for ourselves. Small poky bathroom. Access poor - difficult to manoeuvre our vehicle to drive up, and steps to house are steep and in poor condition - hard for older people like us. Furniture is uncomfortable. no milk left for us. expectation that we would strip beds and put sheets and towels in bags - we couldn't find these. General lack of welcoming atmosphere, unlike other places we had stayed. Extremely expensive, and I was charged some $40 more for a 1 night stay than price quoted.

Conflicting instructions , no instructions for coffee machine , hard pillows, synthetic bedding which was sticky and uncomfortable
