I paid for it and could not get the key and did no refund. This is a scam

Great location and nice apartment very well priced.

It has an odd booking process you book on booking.com as non refundable. then once it’s payed for you have to fill out a form to be able to stay and they ask for a $250 bond that comes out every 7 days and while we were they took the bond twice so was down $500 while we were there. You do get it all back a few days later but it’s an odd way to do it

Well your advertising was great, but you didn't deliver on what we booked or paid for.

I am so angry and embarrassed, you advertised a lovely space that could of be a nice respite space for my staff, who are hardworking front facing youth workers. I booked for 4 youth workers, who are work colleagues, so there was plenty of room for 3 people, one night at two people for the next night, as requested in my comments during the booking process. My booking was confirmed at your end, my youth workers arrived after flying from Marlborough in the morning leaving their home at 5am in the morning, training all day out at Manukau and arrived extremely tired to find one double bed. We tried calling your help desk for a room change as there had been a mistake from your end, we emailed multiply times and we only got automated responses. I had two staff go stay somewhere which incurred more costs for accommodation and while unpacking elsewhere, we had the van we hired towed away. Which costed another $400. The next morning, we needed to get all our 3 youth workers from 3 different locations and go get the van.... and get to our conference on time, all because your systems don't work, when we hired a room for 4 people and with only one double bed- it was not appropriate that anyone shared a bed. My request was two double beds and pull-out couch as you will see in my requested which you agreed to by taking my booking and our money from a charity. My staff were tired and very stressed- at the end of a very long day and you added to this stress. VERY DISSAPPOINTED AND WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
