Location and clean good price

No aircondion. Two nights of very uncomfortable sleep due to no aircondion . On hot summer nights. The fans provided were a waste of time

The location was great. Easy to find. Close to shops restaurants parks and beach. Very clean when we arrived.

Basic things were missing, like instructions for all the appliances. Instructions on how to leave the property. No broom or airing rack which was really inconvenient. Not even a dish cloth to wipe the table and benches, just a pot scrub cloth which didn’t wipe anything successfully. No air con, only a fan that did very little in the muggy temperatures we experienced.

"It was ok. Administration, check in difficult."

Did the job. Clean, comfortable.

Administration of facility. Check in process convoluted. Required passport photos to be uploaded to application. Email request for these comes at 2pm in email while driving. No reception upon arrival. Call when arrive at property. Call centre employee very helpful. Made multiple phone calls for us (he didn’t know the property, just one of 15 they manage) Building ok. Did the job. Felt like a mass produced unit. Minor issues with draws not closing. TV channels not tuned in / available.

The kitchen is dangerous. It is impossible to cook or wash dishes without hitting your head on the over bench cupboards. Also the bottle shelf in the fridge door falls out when the door is opened.
