Noise level at night. They have strict rules documenting the expectations around excess noise but do not supply details of who to contact. Neighbour having phone argument at 2 am outside. Bags of cat poo outside neighbouring door. Possibly Housing NZ property

It was nice inside

The neighbour's partied, fought, were rude to us. And they are long term stayers, I'm pretty sure it's a emergency housing complex. Told the owners constantly what was going on and they only responded after we had left. Not happy, a relaxing weekend turned into no sleep, no authority caring, and worrying the fighting may break out into our apartment area or our car getting damaged. Would never ever stay there again or recommend to anybody!
