The extra touch of bottled water (in a glass bottle!) and a cookie on check in was extremely well received! The quality amenities in the room are also appreciated. The extra powerpoints in the room make an extremely pleasant change and the night light is awesome. Most of all the 11.00 am check out is a huge benefit and directs me back to your hotel.
