The hotel looks very new with great interior designs. The location is very convenient and away from the main street in CBD, thus it's quite quiet at night. The gym is bit small but with all the essential equipments. The hotel room is very clean and it's definitely worth the value. Will likely stay there again if I visit Auckland again. Water is complimentary to take from the reception.

We loved our stay. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our room was a great size, bed was super comfortable. Lots of nice touches throughout from robes, slippers, toiletries to large fluffy towels. The breakfast at The Grill was terrific.

The lighting took a minute to work out and the pillows could have been better but these don't take away from what a great place this was.
