Easy access to convention centre. Fancy room.

Car parking situation was so hard to figure out when I first arrived. Cot wasn't in room when I arrived at 7pm despite communicating multiple times and the front desk confirming it with me on arrival. They did bring it up quickly, but no cot size blankets. Sensor lights in room I couldn't turn off any time I walk in the room and concern about waking my child with them. Restaurants hard to find. Room service menu not great. Tbh, I suppose I just didn't pick somewhere good for kids. I was at a conference so wanted to be close to convention centre, but should've gone somewhere more kid friendly.

The facility was new and the location of our room had a nice view. They’ve upgraded our room which was very nice.

When we were about to sleep, we heard a crying kid from the other room which meant that sound-proofing is not that great. But overall, it was a great place to celebrate our honeymoon.

Great having the air bridge to walk across. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient.

It was a special 44th wedding anniversary and thought we would try this hotel. The selection in the buffet for this hotel was average. Some of the food had gone cold. We wanted to read our books but decided not to because we couldn't see very well. Shame we couldn't use our showtime parking voucher for parking in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable but didn't like the darkness of the room. No bathmat in the bathroom. The view out the window could have been better instead of looking into the wooden wall of the opposite building.

Clean and well lit.

Location: in the heart of Auckland city centre, very accessible to any facilities you want to go. Hotel: very clean, easy to access from other sky city hotels, there’s a lot of activities to do even if you just want to stay in the hotel. Staff: accommodating and approachable, friendly and helpful with anything you need.
