"Poor - I won’t be staying again. I didn’t stay for the 2nd night and checked out early."

The apartment was really hot and the fan provided was ineffective. Took ages to connect to wifi. A dog constantly barks in a neighbouring apartment.

"Nice, but the staff communication was a bit fail."

The property itself is nice, very accomodating the atmosphere it was a bit small than expected but overall really nice. what i need is there. The location of the property was nice it’s in the middle of the city, just a 5 minute walk to the shops and the port.

The property wasn’t quite easy to locate.

Good location, nice size for a couple on vacation

No A/C extremely hot in warm weather unit has only 3 small windows without any breeze. Bedroom area no windows. Unit old and dated. One unit washer dryer worked poorly.

Super convenient location, good to go anywhere nearby downtown, harbor, DFS, shopping center and sky tower etc. Room is clean and cosy. Vault at the basement so it's super safe also ; )

Location of key collection office will be send to you only when the morning you check-in, not in the same building where the apartment is, need to make sure you have enough time to follow the instruction. and no air-con in the apartment but only fans, kinda hot after your bath tho... BTW, wifi is not good

Dishwasher didn’t work during my stay and even after reporting it, no one came to fix for 5 days. Wi-fi in the apartment was slow There were dead and live cockroaches The noise level in the apartment from neighbouring apartments was high The apartment has no air conditioning. Only a small fan to keep it cool
