"Good location and clean modern room. Handy to have washer and dryer. Though noise and lack of room ventilation made it o"

Great location! Walking distance to yummy eating spots and to walk around the city.

No windows to open for natural air and no aircon in bathroom. Makes room smell musty. Didn’t accommodate request for a quiet room… in fact seemed to have given the most noisey side of building and closed to lifts and didn’t respond to why.

The location is excellent! And the facilities within the room are good.

They could do better with the daily cleaning. While the beds were made, the carpets and bathrooms were not always cleaned every day

The location and the room were perfect. Having a full kitchenette with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer was awesome.

The bed was terrible. I had my worst night sleep in a hotel for a long time. I was really disappointed as the rest of the room/hotel was perfect and was planning to use this place frequently until I tried to sleep!

"ok but improvements needed"

Location was excellent

Customer service was poor, she was in rush as reception close's at 7pm, took my card then charged me a fee for visa without asking. no car drop off area outside was a hassle and parking was very limit inhouse and had to find carpark outside.
