Excellent apartment in central Auckland. You puck up the keys nearby but the instructions from the staff is excellent. Easy to ckwck out too.

Muy buena ubicación, departamento cómodo con habitación independiente(sin puerta) y con balcón Baño muy cómodo con lavarropas y secadora (que no usé) Cocina cómoda con todo lo necesario para cocinar! Heladera grande con Freezer

"Avoid at all costs, a complete scam."

This is the worst place I have ever booked and is nothing like the pictures. Dingy, dirty and scruffy. The heating was broken in mid winter and after no response to my service request for 24 hours I advised I had to check out as too cold to stay. I was told several times I would be contacted about my complaint and request for a refund but have heard nothing after well over a month.

Salt and pepper, and a bit of coffee and milk :) I liked the separate bedroom space. Great to have laundry too! Easy walk to everything.

The TV was a little clunky to use. No big deal.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was very clean and tidy with good amenities and we felt it was a good size for the price. For a CBD apartment it was very quiet. Instructions for picking up keys were very easy with the key pickup not far from the property. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions via e-mail/web message. If you are heading to either Britomart, the University, or Spark Arena it is a good location.

Some tech glitches with the online system used to manage check in/check out - but the team were very quick to respond when things weren't working as they should and it didn't really impact out stay.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in the city. Great location. Double glazing makes it reasonably quiet inside. Kitchen has everything you need, and laundy machines is a great bonus. TV has netflix and other services. Booking message communications were good. I would stay again

The bed is extremely firm, which is not for me, personally. Arriving solo with a lot of luggage was a bit of a challenge to do the walk to the key pick up point on arrival, but at least it is quite a short distance.
