Location ideal for beaches and south of Rome. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They are locals which never hurts. Garden and swimming pool were the best part of the property.

When you plan to combine visiting Rome with relaxing, private villa holiday this is the place to go. Comfortable air-conditioned, 2-bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. I also really enjoyed pretty large, for private venue, swimming pool and nicely arranged, manicured garden. As far as location is concerned, we really enjoyed very good, reasonably priced restaurants that are attended mainly by local residents instead of international tourists. Nice change for downtown Rome that is well-known for crowded, overpriced tourist traps. Within 15 minutes' drive you can reach nice beaches in Ostia are and in 30 minutes Rome city center, but of course you need a car.

It is suburban area so having a car at your disposal is a must if you want to take full advantage of your holiday time, be it going to the city center, restaurant or the seaside. Saying that you need to get used to driving in Italy what is quite an experience for foreigners. Italians love cars and have plenty of those, so you have to be ready for really heavy traffic almost all day long, pretty aggressive/fast driving style of other drivers with little concern for traffic signs, tight parking slots and bumpy roads.

The apartment is very cosy, the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The dining room is spacious, the table is also great. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The bath in the bathroom didn't have a curtain, so the floor was inevitably wet after taking a shower. We also had some problems with WiFi.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It had very good facilities.

Location is very good as connectivity to Rome and lungomare.

they told us that they are already working on few concerns like internet and few shortcomings on furniture side. rest was all excellent. they are very much available to listen to your concerns and to help you out at their best.

Hostess Katrina was very accommodating. Answered all our texts in seconds. Was more than helpful with all and any questions. Apartment was spotless and so comfortable. Quiet location. Would be great for family or just friends. She greeted us upon arrival and on departure. She made us feel like family.
