The property itself is spacious and the layout is well designed.

There are several things in the apartment which are run down, unclean, and uncomfortable. For example, there is a very strong odor of cigarette smoke and humidity. While they had an air freshener to help, the odor is still strong and potent. Also, the bathrooms are super humid and the shower had black mold that also caused a smell. The couch is run down and the cushions kept moving around and seem dirty, the toilet seat in the main bathroom was completely broken off. The WiFi never worked. And finally, the apartment is not sound proof at all. Especially the small room in the front where you can hear every conversation and noise from outside. The guests coming in and out of the main entrance were loud and you could hear footsteps and talking throughout the whole house.

Il terrazzo

I servizi, l’assistenza fornita per alcune criticità. Trovata spalliera letto caduta e solo dopo insistenza hanno riparato. Wifi non funzionava e non hanno risolto il problema. Sporca. Pluviale accanto praticamente al letto e quando piove il rumore battente proveniente dalla pluviale e che sfoca sul terrazzo non consentiva un sonno regolare. Altro problema ascensore che si bloccava. Anche il check-in ci ha creato problemi.

Tolle Lage, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Platz reicht aus für 4 Personen + 2 auf dem Ausziehsofa im Wohnraum. Sehr hilfsbereite und zuverlässiger Kontakt.

Wohnung 2B hat nur 1 Fenster. Wohnraum ist ohne Fenster, daher etwas düster.
