La ubicación del apartamento en el barrio de Triana es muy céntrico.

Hace frío en el apartamento. El primer dia que llegamos eran las 21h de la noche que entrábamos en el apartamento, hacia frío. No iba el aire caliente. Tardaron 1 hora y media en solucionarnos el problema, que fue alojarnos en otro apartamento esa noche. El aire de los apartamentos, hay que tenerlo encendido durante el dia, antes que caiga la noche, muchas horas para que se note, ahorro energético poco. Estuvimos alojadas en el bajo, los baños olian mal. La pica de las manos de uno de los baños es muy pequeña, cae el agua y el mueble esta en mal estado. De los dos dormitorios, unos de ellos con poco espacio para la cama de matrimonio, la tienen pegada a la pared.

El diseño es bien agradable. La ubicación es muy buena.

Uno de los baños no tenía agua caliente. El otro baño tenia un olor a cañería muy fuerte viniendo de los desagues.. Si se dejaba la puerta abierta de ede baño todo el apartamento olia mal. El contacto con el anfitrion no fue el mejor, tardaba mucho en responder y nunca vinieron a ver el agua caliente desde el primer dia que lo reporte (nos quedamos 3 noches).
