I can’t actually review this particular property as we were moved to an alternate location due to ‘maintenance works’. The alternate property wasn’t very clean and seemed to be in a ‘dodgy’ neighborhood, with pipe works occurring all day Friday and again Saturday when we woke up

"Exceptional"

This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again.

The security at this property is a joke. None of the windows had proper locks. Pieces of wood were in the slider tracks to act as 'locks'. There were no instructions on how to operate the appliances. We could not get the hob to work. This was a big issue as we chose this place so we could cook our own meals. On the positive side the beds were very comfortable. The bathtub is a safety hazard as it had no hand rails and the bottom was extremely slippery... TERRIBLE from a safety standpoing.

Well equipped… full fledged kitchen!

Cleanliness.. there were spider webs in the lounge! The curtains in the lounge were coming off its rail, so were hung by a thread!

A wonderful stay! Clear instructions for access given ahead of time, easy to find, and off-street parking. Two great sized rooms, comfy sofa (with Smart TV!) and a good shower.

"For one night this place was perfectly fine. Clean, and comfortable with heating in all the rooms."

We had trouble accessing the lock box and because the communication doesn't come through the app, it was hard to find who had sent us the details. We got hold of the property manager though who helped us out very quickly.

"Girls weekend"

Easy to find close to town, very comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, very clean would stay again 👍

TV didn't connect to the wifi other than that it was great.
