Accommodation: DP CRISTAL presents basic facilities and amenities. While these are maintained in a reasonably clean condition, they offer minimal comfort or distinction. Customer Service: The principal deficiency of this establishment lies in its approach to customer service, particularly in the handling of significant issues. During our stay, a serious incident occurred involving the loss of baggage entrusted to a transport service contracted by the hotel. The hotel's response to this matter was profoundly inadequate. Incident Resolution: Upon notification of the lost baggage, hotel staff demonstrated a marked lack of concern and accountability. Staff asserted non-liability for the loss, and, critically, failed to take any proactive steps to assist in the recovery of the lost items. This included a complete absence of communication with the transport agency concerned. Consequences: The loss of baggage occasioned considerable distress and inconvenience. The hotel's inaction exacerbated this situation. Subsequent attempts to obtain assistance or even a response from the hotel have been unsuccessful. Conclusion: In summary, while the basic provisions at DP CRISTAL may be acceptable, the hotel's customer service, specifically its response to significant problems, is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers as valuables can get lost and they say over and over that they are not liable!
