Killean Farmhouse Cottages

Beautiful spot in the countryside with a wee stream running behind the cottage, very peaceful. We booked as 5 adults, Hotels.com simply stated 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Did not say that all but one double bed were in the same room… so my husband and 24 year old son had to take one room, and sleep in a double bed! And us girls had to take the other one. Assumed there would be 3 bedrooms? Anyway, nice stay. Think Hotels.com should mention only enough wood and kindling for one heat, so had to go out and find somewhere on a very dark night to heat up the rooms and downstairs overnight. Very old cottage, asbestos roof, poorly insulated, so really need the log burner in January!
