Ubicación cercana, instalaciones confortables, modernas y limpias.

Únicamente que no haya presencia de los anfitriones en ningún momento ya que eso hace la estancia más impersonal. Siempre gusta hablar con ellos porque brindan recomendaciones muy interesantes acerca de qué no te puedes perder, dónde comer, actividades culturales, posibles excursiones a lugares de interés...
