La ubicación, muy buena comunicación para la entrada al apartamento.

La caldera que hay en la cocina tapada con una puerta ,hacia mucho ruido y te despertaba en la noche

Appartamento con terrazza bello, moderno e con tutto il necessario.. Come da foto! Si fa tutto tramite WhatsApp, molto semplicemente. Il personale risponde subito a qualsiasi evenienza. Zona nuova, molto tranquilla vicino alla città della scienze (20 minuti a piedi) o bus, ci sono varie fermate vicino all'appartamento. Un po' lontano dal centro storico ma con il bus in 25 minuti si arriva facilmente. Tornassi a valencia lo sceglierei una volta.

Bed was very comfortable Kitchen was very well-equipped In the description they said walls are soundproof which is true for the building's outer walls as the Roig Arena was packed with concerts during our stay, but we could not hear anything from the outside.

The inner walls are kinda thin and probably not soundproofed so if you have loud neighbours in the suites around you don't be surprised if you hear them.
