VAYA Suites by Omilos Hotels

Staff were helpful whenever needed. We especially appreciated the possibility to use facilities and breakfast at the sister hotels, which gave some nice variety during the stay. Georgia felt calmer and more relaxed, while Malena had a slightly larger pool. Georgia also has a table tennis table, which was a nice bonus. The room was comfortable and clean, and room service was always timely. We were also happy to find bathrobes in the room, which was a nice touch. The beach is within walking distance, and changing rooms and showers are available nearby. We also appreciated that after an unfortunate encounter with a sea urchin, staff immediately provided us with a small kit to help remove the spines.

The kitchen lacked some basic essentials such as oil, salt, kitchen towels and starter coffee capsules, which would make short stays more convenient. The duvet was tucked very deeply into the bed each time, so we constantly had to pull it out together with the linen. The jacuzzi became cold during the last two days of our stay. It would also be convenient to have an additional mirror in the room itself, not only in the bathroom. Nearby beach facilities were relatively expensive (EUR 14 for loungers and umbrella). Parking was usually very full at night — we always managed to find a spot, but during peak season it could possibly become more difficult. Also, bring water shoes/coral shoes. The beach looks very clean and harmless, but sea urchins are apparently around.

Very good location 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to Lidl and big supermarket.

Everything. The cleaning team can improve by painting attention to details.

Von außen sah es wirklich schön aus und der Whirlpool war auch gut

Es war nicht so sauber wie erwünscht. Es waren Haare in den Betten und in der Dusche, die nicht von uns waren. Einer der Liegestühle war komplett kaputt. Frühstück war ein wenig mau aber in Ordnung
