Location was great

It’s was full off space for the kids to play, very clean, lots of beds to sleep in.

The bathroom was too small and door didn’t close.

Absolutely nothing, very bad area and very unprofessional staff and unclean. Nothing at all like the photos

Everything, no working tv, broken beds, rude staff and very disgusting kitchen with mould on the inside of the doors , open food in the cupboards and the manager tried to say the mould was washing powder (in a food cupboard 🤣)

Didn't stay

Turned up at check in time to find out not even been cleaned yet. Cleaner turned up 5 mins after us the house was discusting not had a deep clean in a very long time kitchen grimey cobwebs hanging from everything ceiling and all pillows stained yellow looked more like a drug den than a hotel/holiday let looked nothing like pictures on booking.com. Spoke to host though who apologised and was apparently sending a team to deep clean and chage pillows etc but we couldn't stay as had plans and needed to get ready so had to book something else last minute so now waiting on a refund

I would not put my dog in there let alone a human,human remains in the toilet,dirty bedding,towels,cobwebs all over the place,stains all over worktops and cooker filthy,the smell was absolutely awful,got in contact and they were sending a cleaner on the Saturday,after this contact they didn’t answer any calls or txt,we as a group had to all get alternative accommodation which was at a heavy cost due to the grand national being on,I would recommend staying well clear of this place

Absolutely nothing it was a dirty pee smelling hovel absolute disgrace and not fit or safe for human occupation

It was filthy, uncomfortable, itchy unclean and very urine smelly also the rear door was permanently locked and this is a means of egress incase of fire! Unfit for anyone

Was cancelled last, no explanation!
