Large Modern House With Private Parking

Property is nice but if you be noisy its not the place. We had a small gathering and got a call from property management saying we are noisy.

This is clearly a house for students not visitors. The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. No toiletries provided. Very few cutlery and crockery

No hot water or heating. Tried messaging the owners being told they would send someone only to be given texts with "troubleshooting steps" every few hours. After 20 hours, i had to call booking com for 40 minutes to get the issue solved. Back door did not lock. Kitchen equipment was very old and unsafe due to damaged non-stick coating.

Very well put together property with nice modern look and nice furniture. Ideal for a group.

Only the earlier than usual check out time. But no other complaints.

Decent size property 4 double rooms, 2 with en-suite, however 2nd en-suite was tiny. Bedrooms were a reasonable size as was the kitchen and lounge. We didn’t use the outside area but it was pretty reasonable size but built over two levels. Just enough crockery and cutlery for 8. Big 5 ring hob for those who want to cook.

Toilet leading straight off the kitchen is a bit odd, I thought building regulations said that there had to be two doors between a kitchen and toilet. You would struggle to park if you had more than 2 cars. No dining table. Radiator in bedroom 2 hanging off the wall. Dirty towel left behind the bathroom door, I know we all make mistakes and easily done but a quick sweep after cleaning would take 2 minutes. BEWARE when we got our booking confirmation it said check out at 11 but had a text on morning of leaving to say 10 and over staying for any reason would be chargeable which meant we had to rush to leave. Beds very uncomfortable one of our party slept on the sofa the second night because their bed was terrible. Water was lukewarm.
