In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property does not have a reception. Payment may be requested by a secure online link. After booking, the property will contact guests with the link and time frame of making the payment or process payment via card details provided to Booking.com. The property will contact guests with an online contract which must be completed with photo identification. On arrival we had not received the door lock number, we was advised that payment had not been received, after more than 5 calls back and from between booking,com and the host, the guys finally got into the property! to find the cooker didn't work, they had no bedding..! I am now being told that the deposit is being kept! with two pictures sent to me, with a rip in a blind which i do not believe was relating to our stay and the key not being returned in the key box (which i was aware of and had text the host to advise it had been left under the mat.. ( i can understand a small charge for the key, however having said that with all the extra calls and no bedding and no cooker you would of have thought this would have not been a deduction of £200!)

Comfortable and close to bus stop and supermarket.

Bed was uncomfortable. some minor maintenance is required (notified property manager) front yard was messy.

it was comfy with a nice kitchen that we were cooking. It was nice and warm just perfect for a one week stay

everything was fine it was nothing not to like
