Clean and it’s close to amenities

The property has just 1 toilet and bathroom, the door to the garden was locked,the grasses outside are grown and that is a health hazard,the television has no channels there should be a smart TV someone can connect to. It made staying in the house boring

The house was in a good location 10 minutes walk from tram to town

There was a lot of issues Window keys broken in locks so we was unable to open the windows in a heatwave Lighting due to blinds Broken garden furniture Broken banister Towels / bedding wasn't clean All information was given to the host no communication

the house was clean and nicely setted out!

The property needs to have an iron there.Also the bedroom windows were lock and we didn't have a key to open them as the weather was hot. Also when we arrived I inspected the property and their was damage to the stairway poles, which is a hazard for kids, also elderly if they try going upstairs. Then in the master bedroom above the single bed there is a orange patch on the ceiling, seems like water damage or damp.Also there was a very damp smell as soon as you enter the property.

Clean & a good size for my families needs

There was no toaster & the heating was hard to figure out we could have done with a folder with instructions but we managed to call the office & get it fixed the office response was very good.

Couldn’t open the bedroom window as it was locked with a key and no key was available

The house was really nice, we all loved it!! We came to Blackpool to show the kids the illuminations and to get them up the Blackpool Tower to so the house was perfect for what we needed for a short stay.

Location was exactly what was required

Folder instructions for heating bins etc etc

Two things. Most important and easy to fix - please provide a non-stop shower mat. Not so important - the internal doors do not close properly.
