Stay at Beachfront Villa Lilia in Pefkohori, Halkidiki for a Dreamy Vacation

- The apartment is very spacious with plenty of seating and lounging areas. - The air dryer worked well. - The garden is lovely, with a huge table that’s perfect for meals or relaxing outdoors (although the chairs could use a clean). - The beach is literally just across the street. - There’s a large water heater with great water pressure — showers were enjoyable.

- Upon arrival, all mosquito repellents were empty, and windows were left open with mosquito nets up, allowing hundreds of mosquitoes inside that we couldn’t eliminate during our stay. - We were assured washing machine supplies would be provided, but there were no dishwasher tablets and barely any detergent, which was hardened. The host promised to address this but didn’t follow through. - Several furnishings were broken, including wardrobe drawers, flickering lights, a broken kettle, and a vacuum that only worked while holding the power button. - The mattresses in the first bedroom caused back pain, the middle bedroom’s bed had springs poking out, and the attic mattress didn’t fit the frame, making sleeping uncomfortable. - The balconies, clothes rack, and bathroom shelf were rusted, seeming hazardous. - The pillows were thin and uncomfortable. - Ants swarmed any food left out for a few minutes. - One door handle was broken, no kitchen towels were provided, and each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper. - The downstairs bathroom sink leaked, while the upstairs one splashed due to a missing part. - There were two showers, but the second was merely a faucet on the wall that drenched the entire bathroom when used, making it unusable for long stretches. - One fridge isn’t sufficient for over four people; while there was a second, it didn’t close properly and accumulated ice, making it unreliable for food storage. - Electrical outlets were sparse—just one in the attic and essentially one usable in the third bedroom due to a narrow extension cord. - The TV also didn’t work. Notably, this house isn’t suitable for 10 people. The 9th and 10th beds are placed right by the front door, which inevitably gets crowded and dirty with people coming in and out. We wouldn’t recommend it for large groups, as it would be cramped and lead to competition for resources. Given the cost, especially off-season, we expected much better maintenance and value.

Very good location , in one minute you can access beach & sea , restaurants and markets. You do not need anything such as towel ,sun umbrella or others because less then one minute you are at villa. Rooms and beds are comfortable , we stayed 7 people without any restriction. Whatever you need in house is available .The garden is suitable for dinner ,breakfast ,resting with sun chairs Free 2 car parking is able for the villa.
