Villa Afionas

Priceless position for memorable sunsets. House fully equipped for every need including kitchen and the Host is always able to support in every need.

If we wanna give a point of further amelioration, but without affecting the full score rating to the house: bathroom in the upper floor has a shower but without box ( so need a bit of careful in order to avoid flooding the whole storey) and sun blocking curtains in the living room which has a bed

Tusen takk for et nydelig opphold på Villa Melissi! Vi følte oss velkommen fra første stund. Angela (verten) sørget for at vi alltid hadde det vi trengte, og stilte også opp med mat, kaker og drikke da vi ankom sent lørdag kveld. Huset var helt fantastisk. Rent og ryddig, og utstyrt med alt man måtte trenge. Høydepunktet var den flotte utsikten over havet. Panoramautsikt. Kort vei til de små landsbyene i området og mange koselige restauranter. Kort kjøreavstand til flere fine strender.Veldig rolig og avslappet sted. Anbefaler å leie bil. Vi anbefaler Villa Melissi på det varmeste, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Smukkeste udsigt og sødeste vært! I gåafstand til smukke strande, nationalpark og fineste restauranter. Vi fik rene håndklæder, nybagt kage og fik lov at tjekke ud senere på dagen. Varmeste anbefaling.

Really nice and friendly family that invited us to their epic view large house. whenever we needed something they were available to help on short notice.

the views are amazing and balconies great.

On arrival the hostess and her son were there to meet us with a delicious kumquat flavored drink. The hostess is a very friendly and caring individual who did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. She made a lasting impression on all of us and only in the most positive of ways. 10/10 The villa has an amazing view that never gets boring, and appears to be very well maintained. The photo's of the villa don't really give an accurate depiction, it is much prettier in real life. We stayed during the end of April, and at that time not every restaurant was open, but Afionas (and surrounding area) is nice and quiet at that time. Perfect if you want to relax and take in the views. What really touched us is how close the family of the hostess is. We ate ate Zeus Throne, the restaurant of one of her sons, also a very friendly and social person. If the villa is to big for you, her son also has a smaller place for you to stay. (The property isn't nearly as pink as it looks in the pictures.)

The beds were a bit to hard for my (our) taste, but that's just personal preference. We did have a variety of different sized people who all thought the same thing.

Very nice property and owners. We booked this property after vrbo double booked us and left us stranded. Very happy to find this wonderful villa

The view from the balcony was wonderful. The house is tastefully decorated and clean, equipped with absolutely everything you need. Nearby is a very little crowded beach with turquoise, warm water.

I didn't like how quickly the days went by

We loved the location of this villa, the views were absolutely amazing. It's located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Corfu, called Porto Timoni beach and near one of the oldest villages in Corfu called Afionas, which was full of character. The host- Angela, was the best!! She and her son were so lovely and helpful. They helped us with everything, starting from snacks when we arrived (late at night but Angela was absolutely fine with that ) to suggestions where to go, booking transport for us, etc. We even received a freshly made cake, which surprised all of us. There's so much more that they've done for us during this stay. We felt so welcomed! I can strongly say that the hosts of this villa were the best ones I've ever met. I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this villa. There were 8 of us staying in Villa Melissi and we all agreed that we had the best time here. We can't thank them enough for all the support that we received during this stay. Thank you so much for everything!
