Apartamentos La Higuera by VGH

The apartment is nice, the kitchen is well-equipped, and you have everything you need for a short stay. In addition, the patio is lovely, and in the evening, you can relax on the shared terrace at the top of the building.

The bathroom emits a sewage smell after showering, which can spread throughout the apartment if the door is not fully closed. However, this is common in older buildings and can be expected. A shower drain cover might help solve the issue.

The location. A quiet street, in easy walking distance for the rail and bus stations. Very close to some of the major sites, sherry bodegas, restaurants etc. Use of a washing machine was particularly welcome, as was a roof terrace. The kitchen had a good range of basic equipment, utensils.

There is really nothing of note that I would complain about.

Situation idéale (gare,commerces restaurants etc) Appartement propre et calme avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Literie impeccable. Gérante très sympa et de bon conseil.

Vivian was very accommodating, and I was able to check-in earlier. The place is lovely, perfectly located and with all facilities needed. The communication was smooth and quick. I had a lovely stay and I will definitely return. Muchísimas gracias, Vivian!

Loved the location and the terrace

Small but efficient studio apartment with newer amenities. Great location near train station and city center. Vivian, the manager, is very helpful for any needs and recommendations. Would stay here again.

Great suite w everything you need to stay for a few days. Also self-service laundry which was great for us.
