The garden was not looked after. it could have been amazing, but we only saw the potential Dangerous traffic on narrow roads

This was the most amazing and easy stay to have coordinated as a family of 6 with minors! The property was extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful with local travels/experiences!

The property is well located within walking distance of Sant Agata and is very quiet and secure. The bedrooms and facilities are as pictured. The covered balcony area is large and the large garden is very pretty. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed its spaciousness. Bedrooms are spacious. The addition of a covered jacuzzi in the garden is thoughtful. The WiFi in the villa is very good and essential. There are two bathrooms with showers. Water, tea, coffee, cooking essentials etc were on hand on arrival and appreciated. The owner arranged transfers as required and requested through messaging on booking.com and also provided names and numbers of local taxi drivers. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars in Sant Agata. We did enjoy our stay. The owner phoned me the night before we left to ask what time I was leaving the next day and to give me checkout instructions. I had not seen a message that was left through messaging on booking .com.

These are our observations and not a criticism. A microwave in the kitchen would be very useful. While the villa itself was clean, the sun beds outside could benefit from a wipe down. The built in kitchen seating area is not the most comfortable. The property is located next door to a restaurant behind 2 electronic gates, but only one set of keys is provided. This is problematic if members of the group have different plans. We arranged a transfer from the airport with the property owner and expected to be met at the property on arrival. The taxi driver dropped us at the restaurant next door, told us someone was coming and left. We waited 30 minutes outside in the heat before someone came to meet us. I used the messaging service on booking.com to contact the property and they were responsive as the villa is one of a number of properties managed by a company. There is very poor direct phone signal in the immediate area of the villa and I could not make a phone call to the number provided. I managed to stand in a particular spot that picked up a one bar signal to message the property on booking .com directly as I did not get an immediate reply on WhatsApp number provided possibly due to signal in the immediate vicinity. The person who came and checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. I just wish I had known in advance that there would be a delay in drop off and check in after early morning long flight and transfer particularly as I had arranged transfer directly with owner in advance. Part of the walk into Sant Agata ( about 100 metres) is unpaved. The water temperature in the showers is not consistent. On the day we left while we were in the airport, we were sent pictures of an electricity circuit box by the owner by What’s app and asked if we had changed the settings. We did not even know where the particular electricity box was or indeed what the settings meant.
