Le camere sono piccole Casa fredda, ci siamo svegliati col mal di gola e abbiamo fatto fatica ad addormentarci dal frescolino Muffa ovunque in garage e al piano della palestra Muri tutti macchiati davvero terribili da vedere in una casa che dovrebbe essere come un gioiello Ragnatele ovunque zona ascensore La casa necessita di lavori di manutenzione per mantenere gli standard alti, contrariamente così il prezzo risulta un po' troppo caro Inoltre ci è stato chiesto se avremmo effettuato il check out entro le 10 e abbiamo confermato ma alle 9.15 mentre stavamo caricando l'auto, il personale delle pulizie ha alzato il cancello del garage cosa che non ci saremmo mai immaginati e ci siamo spaventati oltre ad essere stata una cosa poco gradita

The staff were nice and helpful … Location is amazing … Swimming pool and the garden are great.

The shower at the main bathroom need some improvement and the house keeping team should check and clean the vial from the spiders because they are all around

The location, the view, the outdoor area and pool are all magnificent

The upstairs AC wasn’t functioning our first day so we all had to sleep on the couch in the living room, but the host came very quickly to fix it the next day One of us also got stuck in the elevator but again they were very quick to dispatch someone to the house (under 30min)

Note that the 4th bedroom does not have windows and is located in a separate floor ...

Such a find! We loved the villa. The seclusive location but still only 8 mts drive from Como city. At the doorstep to cosy Cernobbio. The breathtaking views. The piece and quiet. An oasis for a busy family of five. We stayed with my parents and a friend, and it worked very well for the eight of us. You will need to have a car. There is a covered garage under the house, that easily fitted our Ford Transit van. And an elevator to all floors. Kids loved this, the gym and the pool. The hosts were super friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the house : too bright to our taste, and so many buttons to keep track of to find out which switch goes to which light. But we just moved some of the bedside lamps to the hall and it gave a more cosy lighting. The master bed: A bit too firm. When we left, autumn started to set in. The house seems a bit cold, so must make sure the heating is working. The house is also quite 'loud', so when someone wakes and starts moving around in the living room, you'll wake up if you're a light sleeper. But the pros far outweigh the cons and we will recommend this place to anyone wishing for a quiet get-away at Lake Como.
