"Disappointing experience for quite a high price"

The hotel is a adorable place from the outside, great garden, beautiful lake entry, very nice breakfast on the terrace.

Had the room inside the tower, not worth the high price of 230€ per night at all. Needs a renovation really urgent. More of an attic than a luxurious room. The view is great, but the bathroom is tiny and not renovated for decades. Before the sleeping room there is an actual wooden attic, not renovated at all. Also the room itself is besides the view totally basic and feels / smells old, would not go there again for that price.

Beautiful location, really a magical place.

The room was very close to the car park and main road so it was very noisy, even during the night. And at 5:00 am the rubbish lorry passed to collect the rubbish from the container place on the car park, increasing the noise levels.

A magical place. The view of the lake is breathtaking. The neoclassical villa has a wonderful garden. The rooms are spacious, with authentic parquet floors, and the bathrooms are impeccably clean and very tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly, and the parking is convenient. Guests truly feel well taken care of. It is very quiet and romantic. The blinds facing the lake allow for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast is exquisite, with the option to enjoy it on the terrace overlooking the lake. The buffet is incredibly diverse — everyone will find something delicious. I highly recommend a room with a terrace — it makes you feel exceptionally luxurious. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back.
