Bayview House - 4 Bedroom Luxurious Holiday Home - Saundersfoot

Bayview House is an absolutely superb holiday home! The location is unbeatable, with an Excellent score of 9.9, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Saundersfoot Beach and the harbor. The views over the town and bay from the balcony and living room are truly stunning. The house itself is luxurious and beautifully finished to a very high standard, with exceptional decor, furniture, and fittings. Guests consistently praise the comfort (9.6) and value for money (9.6). It is a very spacious property, making it perfect for large family gatherings, and it is well-equipped with modern facilities, including free parking and excellent free WiFi (10.0 score)

Beautiful modern villa with superb views over the town and bay. Lots of light throughout. For a family of 6 adults and 4 children aged 1-16 it this was an ideal choice. Lots of space, well-equipped and very comfortable, lots of outdoor space, very practical kitchen area. All furniture and fittings very high quality. Less than 5 minutes walk to town, easy to park our three cars.

Nothing really. There were a couple of minor things that needed fixing which the host acknowledged, but nothing that would affect our stay.

Location and the property itself

It would be better if there were just some more basics. Salt and pepper for cooking. More toilet roll, it’s a small point but the only small downside. Everything else was great.

Loved the house and location, perfect for a family catch up. Close to local amenities and the beech.

Issue with patio door to lounge (no key to lock)

The property is beautiful and in the perfect location. No expense has been spared in relation to decoration. Apart from some cobwebs the property was clean. We would definitely stay again.

As I said the property was beautiful but I feel it needs some TLC. The dishwasher leaked, the sink downstairs leaked, the flush in the upstairs loo was broken, there was lots of cobwebs in the dining area, the doorknob on the wardrobe pulled off, the back garden was sectioned off and therefore not in use, and the furniture on the balcony was limited and mismatched with no table. Furthermore we had no key to lock the balcony and when reported via email was told someone would be in touch and no one contacted us for our whole stay. The balcony is accessible by walking around the back of the property so this was concerning.
