המיקום מצוין, המקום גדול ומרווח עם נוף מדהים ויש לו פוטנציאל טוב. חברת האחזקה הייתה זמינה ונציגיה היו אדיבים ועשו כמיטב יכולתם למעט בנושא הניקיון.

קודם כל הניקיון לוקה מאד בחסר. היו עדיין חפצים של דיירים קודמים ונראה שלא ניקו לקראת בואנו. הבטיחו לבוא לנקות תוך כדי ולא הגיעו. 3 מזגנים לא עבדו ולאחר שהתלוננו הגיעו מהחברה לתקן אותם. המיטות מיושנות, חזרו שמיכות והכריות מאד לא נוחות.

Pool war super, Lage ist wunderschön, italienische Einrichtung im Haus war authentisch.

Die Sauberkeit in der Küche liess zu wünschen übrig. Das Gym eher unbrauchbar (defekte Geräte, sehr schmutzig, es stinkt im Raum und die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht.
