Clean, given all the correct instructions Comfy beds good shower,quiet at night

property was in first class condition, well equiped and very clean. area was very quiet but close to other amenities

nothing to report.

Perfect location if visiting Billingham Forum. Cost about £4 in a taxi to get there. House is beautiful, beds very comfortable, very clean and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

No shower gel,toiletries ect The immediate area was not what I expected.

The bed was uncomfortable. Surely the priority is to provide people with the facility to have a good night's rest, so this should be addressed immediately. The furnishing in the bedrooms was inadequate. Only a bed and two small bedside cabinets, with nowhere to put anything except on the floor. Yet the rooms were quite spacious and certainly a dressing table or chest of drawers, or even just a table would certainly fit. The kitchen equipment was sparse and it was very difficult to prepare a meal with (for example) no lids for the pans and just 4 of each item of crockery.

House was spotlessly clean beds comfortable lovley house. Great retail park not far in car to Norton everything you needed could be bought. Any queries phone call away and answered in minutes. Had nice stay.

Great place to stay. Very clean and inviting. Would def recommend to anyone staying in the area and will be staying here again when I am in the area.

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed and any queries we did have were answered very promptly. Will definitely use this property again.
