Sunbury Villa - Close to Town and Beaches

Lovely accommodation, we have stayed here before so we new what to expect. Close to the town and not far from the beach. Every thing you need for a relaxing stay in Tenby

My only small complaint is the tv is archaic, for the price of a smart tv this would be perfect

Lovely outside area, plenty of comfy seating, super close to the beach and town.

No tea or coffee or basics like oil, salt and pepper. Poor selection of board games.

The location was good and the space was good, plenty of room for 5 adults.

This is more to do with who ever manages the property, there was rotten food left in the food bin and dirty crockery in the cupboards, and a couple of cracked glasses in the cupboard. Otherwise the property itself as a holiday let was fine.

I think you must pay for the location as the house is nice but needs some.attention. The house has no carpets inc stairs so it was very noisy going up and down the stairs or shutting doors.Kitchen is small and in need of a bit of TLC and would be nice to have a 3rd loo for a family of 7 inc 3 teenagers!. Cleaners hadn't left the place very clean or put a bed sheet on one of beds - gave this feedback to the holiday company who came and brought a sheet as all cupboards had padlocks! Visitors book needs to be a bit better organised as it was a few pieces of paper. TV remote didn't work so had to buy batteries and even then it was sporadic. We stayed for a week in St Davids prior to staying at Sunbury. The house in St Davids was stunning, with more attention to detail but was £500 cheaper than this house for a week in August! I think a review of charges even in peak season could be made
