"Lovely, spacious house"

"The inside of the house was clean, tidy and well maintained"

Could not find hairdryer, mattresses were not as good as we are used to.

"We were very disappointed and will not stay there again."

The heating didn’t work and no one contacted us after having reported the issue. We were sitting with jackets on in the evening as it was cold the boiler said it was due a service. The television did not work due to needing new batteries.
