Hosts were very helpful and kept in communication the whole time. Allowed us to drop our bags off early before we went to the racing, and we’re happy to help with this request. Beds were super comfy and was a cosy property. Will be booking next time I am down at the racing or visiting York.

Good location, local shops, everything you need for your stay, televisions in every room, cosy, comfy and price. Appreciated the little extras, i.e. tea bags, coffee

The location is very close to the hospital and is fairly local to the town centre. I liked sharing a house with my family.

We were all happy with the property. We were staying for one night.

Location was excellent as it was walking distance to town and free street parking. Although you need to be able to walk and climb the steps for the bridge over the railway track. The extras in the property, hand soap, milk, washing up liquid, fans to name only a few were well received as I have been to holiday homes with no small needed extras. To have the shops so near were also fabulous . Beds were comfortable.

We couldn’t find Wi-Fi, but we probably didn’t look properly, we checked in late as we had parked the car then walked straight into town. Wine glasses would be useful, but I understand why they were not in there as you don’t want them broken.

The house is very clean and well equipped, it even includes a washing machine, electric fire place etc - all decorated with taste and in excellent conditions. Enough beds to sleep 5 persons maybe even 6. The street is very quiet and not far from the historical center. Parking is easy in the street.

I would say the only possibe improvement would be a table to sit 5… but of course that would then mean less beds. For me the house is perfect as it is and I loved the city center of York. Went there on the way to Hull where I had booked a ferry for next day evening which is about 90min drive from York.
