I loved the wee cottage, it was clean, cosy and spacious. It was just as advertised. I only had breakfast but the kitchen seemed fully equipped. Great location for the beach, the town and for a beautiful walk up to the war memorial and on to castle.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The location was excellent, all amenities were within walking distance.

When the heating went off the property cooled down very quickly. I did not want to call the number given as it was late in the evening. Information on how to advance the heating would have been helpful as there are so many different types of thermostats and I have not seen this type before. The bathroom struggled to heat up as the window vents could not be closed and there was a very strong wind at the time of our visit blowing straight in the vents.

"A nice property for a short stay"

The property was warm and comfortable. The lounge was cosy with a huge tv! The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. It was quiet at night and we all slept very well.

The lounge window is covered with shiny material to stop you from seeing outside into the yard at the back. This makes it feel quite enclosed and dark. There is a sign in the back door saying not to use the courtyard except for emergencies so it felt a little restrictive with no access or views to outdoors.

Back door key was hard to operate. Weak TV signal sometimes a problem
